sorry if this is in the wrong forum but the forums are a bit confusing  .
Well I tried to sign up for the trial account using a credit card but for some reason it didn't work, I got the "Card Not Authorized [0069]" message.
I contacted support and they told me to try a few times because there was a slight problem with the service.
And so I did, 8 times I tried and neither worked.
So I bought a game time card from Scattered crystal instead and that worked fine.
However I just checked my bank account and I noticed that the card did work !!
All 8 times however my account never got activated.
Needless to say I just lost 118 euro for nothing.
I have contacted support again about this but I wonder from anyone else that maybe have had the same problem, did you get a refund for this ??

I sure hope I get a refund.
I'm just a student, I can't waste 118 euros

Well they haven't directly drawn any money yet.
The amount is "protected" so I do hope they can cancel it.

Oppss I noticed that I didn't do it 8 times but 6 times .
Still the point stands.
Also there is no sign of who it is.
It just says "protected amount", the amount is the same amount that the subsciption cost tho.

Well there is no date in my account overview on when the amount is gonna be drawn for real from my account.
Just says 00.00.00.00, then "protected amount" and then the amount that is protected.
